We have introduced many “firsts” to our customers since 1994— we were the first company to offer printer maintenance for a variety of different manufacturers, the first to develop a high-quality, reasonably priced compatible toner cartridge, and the first to offer products, solutions and services that are Totally Focused on the Office Equipment Needs of our Clients.
In 1995 we were the first company to introduce an all inclusive printer cartridge program that included printer service in the price of the cartridge. Our all inclusive program was originally called “Just Add Paper”, that program has since been copied and mimicked by many in the Office Equipment Industry and it is now known throughout the printer and copier industry as “Managed Print Services”.
